Patrick was diagnosed as ADHD first as a child, spending long hours in the learning resource center, struggling to keep up with what other children seemed to do effortlessly. Patrick majored in Psychology to better understand his neurodivergent mind, as well as to discover how other people were different. Combining his education with his own life experience, he gives talks explaining ADHD in order to address it’s stigmas. As he likes to say in his presentation description, “You may learn more about yourself than you do about me.”
