But in 2015, Patrick was asked to vet and train new contributors for Graphic Policy. Given his five years writing freelance, Patrick was able to help new writers develop routine, achieve brand voice, and create content independently that served the website’s growth goals. As Senior Writer at Continuity Products, he taught new writers to recognize value propositions, create a sense of “need”, and craft effective messaging. Patrick oversaw three writers at a time as Art Director of Copy in 2018. He prioritized respect, listening, and enthusiastic reinforcement.
