In Patrick’s first role in professional leader as General Manager, he created a new bulletin daily for staff to review and sign. This was to ensure there was clear communication regarding the team’s path to success and kept expectations front of mind.
As a writer in health services, Patrick often provided in-depth explanations for his word choices, narrative strategy, and content choices. He frequently leveraged research or other studies to support his reasoning. As Art Director of Copy, he required writers to provide clients with detailed explanations of their work to illustrate its value.
