
In Patrick’s capacity as UX/Marketing Content Strategist, he was tasked with overseeing the website revitalization of MDLIVE’s teleheatlh website. Below is a slideshow featuring a UX wireframe for revision to their “About Us” user experience, which was at the time spread across two different pages.
Some of the things this new UX wireframe offered over the old experience was that it kept the audience on the website, rather than sending them to LinkedIn, and it place their customer service number near the carousel of their C-suite to make both the B2B and B2C audience feel seen, further building trust.
The images at the end are mock-ups created in Figma to illustrate the wireframe visually and share strategic reasoning for what was changing.
